ARK II is committed to understanding and dismantling individual power and privileges. Together, we strive to build a world where earth, animal, and human liberation become one in a fabric of mutual respect of differences and compassion.
About Us
From advocacy to public outreach, our work is intersectional and uncompromising. Through projects like Burrito Project Toronto, we serve warm, nutritious vegan meals to unhoused and food-insecure communities—because justice for animals must include justice for people.
Join us in reimagining a just and compassionate world—one where all beings have inherent worth and the right to live free from harm.

Current Projects

Animal / Human / Earth Liberation
ARK II is a collective rooted in direct action, education, creative media, and solidarity.
From the streets to the classroom, from zines to digital campaigns, we disrupt injustice, challenge dominant narratives, and stand with all movements working toward liberation—for animals, people, and the planet.

Burrito Project Toronto
FOOD JUSTICE IS THE HUMAN RIGHT TO HEALTHY FOOD THROUGH FAIR DISTRIBUTION REGARDLESS OF THE RECIPIENT'S ABILITY TO PAY.
ARK lI's Toronto Burrito Project is committed to food justice, by any beans necessary!
Land acknowledgement
ARK II acknowledges that we live, organize, and take action on the traditional territory of many nations, including the Wendat, Haudenosaunee, and Anishinaabeg peoples, and most recently, the Mississaugas of the Credit. This land, known as Tkaronto, is part of the Dish With One Spoon Wampum Belt Covenant—an agreement to peaceably share and care for the land and its resources.
As a settler-founded collective, we recognize that our work for liberation must include active support for Indigenous sovereignty, self-determination, and Land Back movements. We are committed to learning from and standing in solidarity with Indigenous peoples in the fight against colonial violence, environmental destruction, and systemic injustice.
True liberation—for animals, humans, and the earth—requires the dismantling of colonial systems and the restoration of Indigenous relationships with land, water, and all living beings.
